1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the TURFORA platform at turfora.org (including associated web interfaces, mobile views, and partner venue portals), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
TURFORA provides on-demand sports venue reservation and football turf slot management software. Our software enables players to view real-time slot availability, reserve hourly turf slots, and complete online booking payments for partner sports arenas.
3. ONLINE TURF SLOT BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
- Scope of Online Payments: Online payment processing through Razorpay is strictly restricted to hourly sports turf slot reservations.
- Booking Confirmation: Upon successful online payment, TURFORA generates an official digital Match Pass containing a unique booking reference code and slot details.
- Pricing & Taxes: Slot prices, applicable GST (18%), and platform convenience fees are clearly itemized before payment authorization.
📌 4. TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT & OFFLINE PAYMENT SCOPE
TURFORA provides software tools for venue owners to schedule and display sports tournaments. Tournament entry fees and team registrations are strictly offline Pay-at-Venue transactions conducted directly with venue organizers. Online payment gateway processing via Razorpay is NOT used for tournament registration fees, entry deposits, or cash prize pools.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CODE OF CONDUCT
Players are required to report to the booked turf venue 15 minutes prior to match time, present their digital Match Pass upon check-in, and adhere to venue safety guidelines, proper footwear policies, and sportsmanship standards.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TURFORA acts as a technology reservation provider for partner sports arenas. We are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or match interruptions resulting from adverse weather conditions or venue operations.
