• Payment Security: Online payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (Razorpay). TURFORA does not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

We use collected information solely for processing turf slot bookings, generating digital Match Passes, sending booking confirmation notifications, verifying player check-ins at venue reception, and improving platform performance.

4. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

All data transmitted between your browser and TURFORA is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). User profiles and booking audit trails are secured within encrypted PostgreSQL database clusters with restricted access controls.
